When I purchased Jonathan's book a few years ago, I expected it to be like every other course. His site assured me it was different, so I purchased it to see if it contained information I could add to my fitness arsenal.
As it turns out, Jonathan is a firefighter from Ohio, and he was left with the quest to pack on muscle fast. After he accomplished such a feat, other firefighters wanted him to train them in building muscle.
When he realized he could teach other men how to pack on muscle fast, he wrote it all into a book, and that's the book he talks about on his site...

The thought process in this book is well worth reading. I never thought about fitness and lifting weights in the way he puts it. One key thing is the moment that the muscles actually get to the point where they are going to grow is when other guys put the weight down in the gym. Jonathan explains just when you should keep going...and when you should take a rest.
Even though I think Sean Nalewanyj's GOLD package is the most comprehensive fitness package out there, you'll want to get Jonathan's book because it covers a unique thought process that others don't cover. I bet the other guys who pack on muscle like Jonathan actually do what he says without knowing it.
