What does his program actually cover? And is it worth it for you to use it?

To me, the biggest thing that makes this program different from other ab programs is that this one doesn't actually make you think too much about stomach muscles. Instead, Mike realizes that there's an advantage in teaching you how to do complete body workouts and how to change your diet in your life for your overall fitness success.

Doing this gets you those abs...and it lets you keep them. Many guys who at one point had six-pack abs and no longer do will then envy you because they think it's just too hard to keep them. Keeping abs is easy when following Mike Geary's program.

By burning off fat using full body workouts, you actually save time, when other guys are wasting time doing a ridiculous amount of crunches and sit-ups. By working the whole body, your stomach fat loss will be higher and will occur much quicker than working the stomach itself.
