Vince DelMonteVince's story is absolutely amazing. From growing up as a kid nicknamed Skinny Vinny, he took the time to learn what it takes to build muscle while losing weight and going beyond muscle-unfriendly genes all in the quickest period of time possible. He competed in long-distance sports, namely triathlon and running, and although he did this for 10 years, his chances of overcoming his extreme muscle-unfriendly genes were not improved. Vince couldn't stand not gaining muscle mass. So, over the course of six months, he put on more than 41 pounds of rock-solid muscle, taking him from a scrawny 149 pounds to a muscular 190 pounds. He did this all without drugs, without a lot of supplements, and with only training three days per week. He entered the world of competitive fitness modeling and became the Canadian Fitness Model Champion in his third show ever! His fitness transformation even caught the eye of the international fitness magazine Maximum Fitness, which featured a 2-page spread of his transformation story. Vince is the real deal. He has since achieved an Honors degree in Kinesiology and has been a Personal Trainer for five years plus. Currently, he has made it one of his focuses to share what he knows with guys who are serious about building muscle, especially skinny guys who, no matter what they do, can't seem to gain muscle weight.
